Regular orders/Stock Orders are normally filled within 24 hours of receiving payment. Special order items or back ordered items take 3-5 days before shipping.

Our return policy is as follows *Call before returning item. Buyer must get a return authorization

There are absolutely NO Refunds, replacements or exchanges on custom color orders, unless a wrong part is shipped on our behalf, there is a defect in the product or the order is damaged during shipment.

You may return product to us if:

*The part shipped is incorrect on behalf of Comtex Auctions.com. We will pay all shipping cost.

*If the buyer orders the wrong item, buyer is responsible for shipping of product, plus will be charged for additional shipping of correct item. Please research the item you need thoroughly before ordering item or call us to verify what you need.

*Item must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final

*All returns will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee. There is no restocking fee if item is exchanged

*All returns must be in resalable condition in original packaging and free from damage.

Shipping Information: Orders are normally shipped with 72 hours and in most cases within 48 hours of receiving payment. Due to size of most of the dash covers, shipping will be a little higher than normal, due to the package being oversize

All items are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground and all orders require a phone number prior to shipping.

All Dash Covers are shipped Fed Ex Ground Only. We ship to address received on payment only.If item is undeliverable, buyer will be charged for attempt of second delivery
